Kennyvert, So simpel, yet, so relaxing. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Pan Colitis 5 years ago now, so stress has played a large role in my life lately. This has been soooo helpful for me. I play the rolling waves in the background with the tones to cue me in to breathe in and out so that I can dim my screen all the way down to off. I also sit in Indian style, legs criss-crossed on my memory foam mattress topper, so that take the pressure off of my tail bone.
